Sports Club

Helping Hands are committed to encouraging participation in physical activities. In adults as well as kids. Our Sports Club encourages people into physically and mentally healthy lives. Achieving personal goals and working collectively to support wellbeing.

The Helping Hands Sports Club now has a Strava club page, which is open to all. Even during the Covid-19 crisis Helping Hands are all about collective action. Even by App!
Whether you are training for a marathon or a cycle challenge. Running a mile to help get through the lockdown or cycling for light exercise. Our Helping Hands Sports Club is for you.
So join our Stava group and let’s get through this together! https://www.strava.com/clubs/helpinghands

Helping Hands Run Club will be running the Edinburgh Marathon in 2020. We have a Full Marathon group led by Jake Welsh and a Half Marathon group led by Julie Slaven. Every runner completes their selected group distance and raises funds for Helping Hands. Sponsor the Helping Hands Edinburgh Marathon Team Here.

Helping Hands rejects the Charity-Business model of charging runners a fee or minimum fundraising requirements. Just register with the Edinburgh Marathon like everyone else via the links below and join our team for Free!
